KrowdMentor was formed as a strategic investment and advisory firm to empower blockchain investors, funds, startups and entrepreneurs to reach their liquidity goals. As demand for our expertise increased, we recruited trusted friends to join our company and partake in the excitement unravelled by the rapid growth in the blockchain space. 

We convert the crowd's initial interest in your venture to real money in your wallets, but we don't stop when the round of financing is done. We are in all the way to an eventual exit to a strategic or financial buyer and all the way to sipping on margaritas together on our island in Fiji.

We are strategic advisors and wear the official "Chief Exit Officer" hat as our interest is aligned with the founding team throughout the ICO and all the way until there is a liquidity event for all major parties involved.

We support the founders with their fundraising efforts by providing feedback on token product concept, company protection (legal exposure minimization) and investment materials. We use a hybrid approach to funding by managing the entire Initial Coin Offering (ICO) process while at the same time raising capital off-line from sophisticated angel investors and/or crypto hedge funds that are part of the Blockchain Investors Consortium (BIC) which we founded. For the right opportunities, we also co-invest our own money as we have done dozens of times in the past.

We support the founders with their business development efforts by providing feedback on marketing collateral, making appropriate introductions to strategic partners and potential end clients and supporting negotiations throughout the entire process. 

We support the founders with their technical needs by coin, token and smart contract development, smart contract management systems, and by providing feedback on product performance, making appropriate introductions for further product improvement and expansion and supporting negotiations when needed.

 

We support the founders in their communication strategy by providing support with primary product review, white paper creation and review, design and development of the main landing page and step-by-step review/revision of all marketing collateral.
